Additionally, Melanie is a *Double BEFFTA Award* winning comedian (2015 & 2016), a *Rising Star of the Year* finalist at the Diversity in Media Awards (2018), and a *Black British Business Awards* nominee.

With a corporate background in advertising and media, Melanie brings over 14 years of expertise in negotiation, social media marketing, and promotions to her work in talent development.
